Rent My Space

About

A calmer chapter for shared living.

Finding a room in New Zealand has always been a little personal and a little chaotic. Noticeboards became websites. Websites became infinite feeds. Somewhere in that shift, people started choosing a home from a price and three photos.

Rent My Space exists for the other part of the decision: who you will share a kitchen with, how evenings actually feel, and whether the listing is even real. The product is deliberately smaller than a generic rental portal. Rooms, households, and a paid gate before anything goes live.

We built the first version with a close eye on how New Zealanders already search — city, suburb, weekly rent, ensuite or not, available now — then designed the interface to feel closer to a well-kept house than a classifieds grid.
